Spring Fling
After two extraordinary, unprecedented-in-our-lifetime years of being separate, the inaugural SoCal Spring Fling was held in Los Angeles on May 7, 2022 and invited geocachers from everywhere to reunite outdoors for a pleasant, fun-filled day in the park together. Through the efforts of 40 volunteers, dozens of donors, and innumerable friends of the event, the SoCal Spring Fling achieved Mega-status in its first year!
Spring Fling '23
The Spring Fling ’23 geocaching Mega-event will be held in Los Angeles on May 6, 2023 at Elysian Park. Join us for a fun-filled day of geocaching, Adventure Labs, trackables, gadgets, reviewer and HQ Lackey panels, games, prizes, raffles, auctions, tacos, hundreds of geofriends, and a group photo! Please be sure to log your Will Attend on the Spring Fling ’23 geocaching event page and register for the event below.
Registration is Closed for 2023
Spring Fling ’23 is a free event; no purchase necessary to attend. By submitting your registration, your free name tag and welcome packet will be printed and an invoice will be sent to you via your chosen payment method within 24 hours if any optional purchases were selected. If you are interested in volunteering at the Mega-event, you will be contacted with further information. Privacy is important to us and your email will not be used beyond these purposes. Please submit a separate registration for each attendee, even if you share a geocaching name.

If you are looking to volunteer on the day of the event, we have plenty of opportunities available. Work two hours or more and you’ll earn some super swag!
